1, Wear-resistant Castables
The wear resistant castables prepared using fused corundum and special bauxite as starting materials, is featured with easy construction, good wear resistance. Unease spalling, high strength at medium and high temperature.
2, Steel Fiber Reinforced Wear- resistant Castables
This material, based on optimizing wear resistance castables, is added into steel fibers to enhance the wear resistance, strength and thermal shock resistance of castables further. This castables is used at the cutting direction entrance of cyclone separator and "target area" on cartridge of circulating fluidized bed boiler.
3, Wear-resistant Plastic Refractory
Compared with the traditional refractory plastic materials, the new resistant plastic refractory is featured with good plastic ability, long shelf life, high strength and good wear resistance. By adopting composite binder, its intensity enhances as the increasing temperature.
